Product Structure Characteristics:

1. The equipment is configured with a highly automated production system. The complete production line incorporates automatic loading components, including horizontal feeding channels and rotary support racks, together with automatic unloading and material replenishment mechanisms. All angle steel hole processing and marking procedures are integrated into a continuous automated workflow without requiring manual intervention, substantially reducing operator workload while improving overall production efficiency and process consistency.

2. The marking unit adopts a fully enclosed, high-rigidity structural configuration, providing excellent mechanical stability and reliable operating performance. The assembly comprises a fixed support frame, movable carriage, hydraulically actuated marking head, and other essential components. Under the control of predefined CNC programs, the system performs precise and repeatable marking operations according to designated processing coordinates. A manual adjustment mechanism is also incorporated to enhance application flexibility, enabling operators to finely adjust the vertical position of the movable assembly and marking head for angle steel profiles of different sizes and specifications.

3. The equipment provides excellent positioning accuracy throughout the hole machining process. The feeding mechanism is driven by servo motors through rack-and-pinion transmission assemblies and incorporates detection gears and rotary encoders for continuous position feedback, establishing a complete closed-loop positioning system. At the same time, the drilling spindle heads positioned along both sides of the angle steel are servo-driven through precision ball screw transmission mechanisms, ensuring highly accurate hole positioning and consistent machining quality for angle steel components.

4. The machine is designed to deliver high drilling productivity and superior machining performance. The drilling system incorporates six independent CNC drilling power units, with three spindle assemblies symmetrically positioned on each side of the angle steel profile. When processing holes with identical diameters and uniform spacing on both angle steel flanges, the corresponding spindle units on both sides can perform synchronized drilling operations simultaneously, significantly increasing overall machining efficiency.

5. The drilling spindle employs a Taiwan-manufactured BT40 high-precision spindle with an integrated internal coolant passage and is matched with solid carbide drilling tools. Its maximum cutting speed can reach 200 m/min, substantially exceeding the 25–35 m/min cutting speed of conventional high-speed steel twist drills while supporting higher feed rates. Each CNC drilling unit utilizes a servo motor for feed movement, with rapid positioning, cutting feed, and tool retraction fully controlled by the CNC system. Operators can preset tool-retraction positions through the industrial computer to minimize non-cutting travel and further enhance production efficiency. Finished-hole accuracy is maintained within 0.1 mm, while surface roughness is controlled below Ra 6.3 μm, ensuring excellent machining quality and dimensional consistency.

6. Indexable carbide insert drills are recommended for production applications. These cutting tools utilize four replaceable inserts, eliminating the requirement for manual regrinding and helping reduce tooling and operating costs while improving tool management efficiency. The drilling system is equipped with an advanced Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) system, which combines compressed dry air with a precisely metered quantity of cutting fluid to generate an atomized mist and deliver it directly to the cutting zone for effective cooling and lubrication. Fluid consumption is exceptionally low, ranging from only 5 ml to 50 ml per operating hour.

7. The optimized lubrication and cooling system provides effective thermal management while minimizing coolant leakage beyond the machining zone. This configuration helps maintain a clean and orderly production environment and eliminates the need for additional coolant collection, filtration, and disposal procedures, thereby simplifying workshop maintenance and reducing operating requirements.

8. Roller-type linear guideways are employed as the motion-support components for the drilling power heads. With high structural rigidity, excellent static and dynamic load capacity, and smooth movement characteristics, these guideways contribute to improved machining stability, enhanced component accuracy, and prolonged cutting-tool service life.


9. The primary electromagnetic control valves within the hydraulic system are sourced from reputable international manufacturers, while the hydraulic pipelines utilize reliable ferrule-type compression fittings. The hydraulic power unit is equipped with forced-air cooling to maintain stable operating oil temperatures and ensure dependable performance during extended continuous operation.


10. The main control system features an intuitive and user-oriented Human–Machine Interface (HMI). It provides graphical visualization of workpiece coordinates, dimensional parameters, and hole-position information, facilitating convenient data verification and machining-process management. The system supports direct import of machining programs generated by nesting optimization software, while centralized upper-computer management significantly improves CNC program storage, classification, administration, and historical data retrieval efficiency.
